适用范围

InkCoach 是一款以本地书写、OCR 和英语学习反馈为核心的 iPad 应用。所有用户，包括公开 App Store 用户和 TestFlight 测试人员，都可以自行选择设备端 AI 或经 myvmjp 东京网关接入阿里云百炼（中国北京）的远端 AI。分发渠道、地区和年龄不构成远端 AI 的资格门槛；应用分发范围与远端处理规则相互独立。

本地数据

笔记、笔迹、导入图片或 PDF、OCR、学习反馈、复习记录和设置默认保存在设备上。启用系统 iCloud 备份时，由 Apple 按系统设置和 Apple 的政策处理备份。InkCoach 不要求注册账号，也不读取 Apple ID、通讯录或精确位置。

远端 AI 订阅

本地笔记和全部本地功能永久免费。只有远端 AI 使用 Apple 自动续期订阅；符合资格的新用户可免费试用 7 天，之后美国基础价格为 US$0.99/月，其他地区以 Apple 显示的当地价格为准。开始试用或订阅需要 Apple 购买确认；选择处理方式本身不会扣款。到期或取消订阅不会删除、锁定本地数据或限制本地功能。

Apple 处理付款和免费试用资格。InkCoach 不读取银行卡、Apple ID 或 Apple 登录密码。为验证远端 AI 权益，App 向 InkCoach 东京 API 发送 Apple 签名的交易证明；其中包括商品、交易标识、环境、购买/到期及撤销状态。InkCoach 向 Apple 查询当前订阅状态，并接收 Apple 签名的订阅通知。交易证明和交易号不落盘或写日志；仅在内存缓存证明摘要和权益截止时间，最多 60 秒并自动删除。购买信息不会发给模型供应商，也不用于广告或跟踪。恢复购买、管理或取消订阅可在 App 的远端 AI 订阅页或 Apple 订阅设置中完成。

AI 处理

设备端 AI：正文在设备端处理，不离开 iPad；端侧不可用时不会自动改发远端。
远端 AI：由用户在设置中主动选择。第一次实际使用前会展示处理说明并确认一次；之后按照用户设置执行，不逐次弹窗确认。用户可以随时切换或关闭远端 AI。
发送字段：用户确认的圈选文字、封闭动作类型、说明/学习语言、OCR 置信度档位、当前说明版本和每次随机请求 ID。
不发送：相邻上下文、整页 OCR、笔迹图像、截图、页面或笔记标题、文件夹、导入文件名、Apple ID、联系人、精确位置、复习历史或稳定设备标识。
处理目的：仅生成本次英语学习反馈。
处理地点和接收者：InkCoach 的 myvmjp 网关位于东京、日本；模型推理由阿里云百炼 Qwen 系列 API 在中国北京处理。确认后的最小请求会传给阿里云，具体模型由已发布的业务路由选择。

圈选文字本身可能含有姓名、学校或其他个人信息。请在发送前删除这些内容；App 和服务端会阻止常见电话、邮箱、银行卡号、证件号和详细地址模式，但不会宣称文字已经完全匿名化。

留存、日志和训练

请求和回答只可进入单进程内存幂等缓存，目标 60 秒、最长 5 分钟，到期自动删除，进程退出不可恢复。
匿名云端会话使用随机不透明令牌，最长 24 小时，可在设置中立即吊销。
圈选InkCoach 不把正文和完整回答写入自身业务日志、SQLite、文件、队列、备份或 AIOps。
Caddy 和 FastAPI 访问日志对本服务关闭。云基础设施提供商可能依据安全和法律义务处理网络连接元数据，但 InkCoach 不向应用日志写入请求正文。
InkCoach 不将内容用于训练、微调、评测集、广告或人工查看，测试和调试只使用合成文本。阿里云会接收必要请求并按其 API 服务规则处理；本节的缓存和日志期限仅描述 InkCoach 自有服务，不代表供应商侧的留存承诺。
产品分析在 V1 只在设备本地保存封闭的无正文聚合计数，不上传给 InkCoach，不包含笔记、圈选文字、回答、文件名或稳定标识。

共享、销售与跟踪

InkCoach 不出售个人信息，不为跨应用广告共享个人信息，不使用 IDFA，不进行跨站或跨应用跟踪。用户选择远端 AI 时，最小请求会发送到上述 InkCoach 网关、阿里云模型服务及其必要的基础设施。

远端 AI 处理

远端 AI 使用 HTTPS 保护传输，服务端使用匿名会话、最小字段、短内存缓存、无正文日志和受限运维权限。用户首次使用远端 AI 的确认只针对当前说明版本；说明版本发生实质变化时需要重新确认。东京是网关所在地，模型推理地点为中国北京；网关会把必要请求转发给已披露的模型供应商。

你的选择与权利

所有用户都可以在设备端 AI 和远端 AI 之间选择，也可以关闭 AI、切换处理方式、吊销匿名远端会话、清除本地数据或导出本地恢复包。若要提出访问、更正、删除请求或投诉，请联系 bingoods@163.com。

未成年人、事件与变更

InkCoach 不收集出生日期。监护人应根据当地法律和家庭规则决定是否允许未成年人使用远端 AI，并提醒其不要在圈选文字中输入个人信息。发生正文泄漏、未经同意的调用或其他重大安全事件时，将关闭远端服务并进行事件评估。处理地点、模型类别、服务商、留存或用途发生实质变化前，会先更新本政策和处理说明；新版本不会自动视为已同意。

Scope

InkCoach is an iPad app for local handwriting, OCR, and English-learning feedback. Every user, including public App Store users and TestFlight testers, may choose on-device AI or remote AI routed through the myvmjp gateway in Tokyo, Japan, to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio in Beijing, China. Distribution channel, region, and age do not create a remote-AI eligibility gate; storefront availability is separate from the remote-processing rule.

Data on your device

Notes, ink, imported images or PDFs, OCR, feedback, review records, and settings are stored on the device by default. If system iCloud Backup is enabled, Apple processes the backup under system settings and Apple's policies. InkCoach does not require an account and does not read your Apple ID, contacts, or precise location.

Remote AI subscriptions

Local notes and every local feature are always free. Only remote AI uses an Apple auto-renewing subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial, followed by US$0.99 per month in the United States; other storefronts use the local price displayed by Apple. Apple purchase confirmation is required; selecting a processing mode does not charge you. Expiration or cancellation does not delete or lock local data or restrict local features.

Apple handles payment and trial eligibility. InkCoach does not read your payment card, Apple ID or Apple password. To verify remote AI access, the app sends Apple's signed transaction proof to the InkCoach Tokyo API, including product, transaction identifiers, environment, purchase/expiration and revocation information. InkCoach queries Apple for current subscription status and receives signed subscription notifications. Proofs and transaction identifiers are not written to disk or logs. Only a proof digest and access deadline are cached in memory for at most 60 seconds, then automatically removed. Purchase information is not sent to model providers or used for advertising or tracking. Restore, manage or cancel through the remote AI subscription screen or Apple's subscription settings.

AI processing

On-device AI processes content on the iPad; content does not leave the device, and an unavailable device model does not silently fall back to remote AI.
Remote AI is user-selected in Settings. Before the first actual remote use, InkCoach shows a processing notice and asks for confirmation once. Later requests follow the selected setting without a confirmation dialog on every send. Users can switch or disable remote AI at any time.
Sent fields are the user-confirmed selected text, a closed action type, explanation and learning languages, an OCR confidence bucket, the current notice version, and a random per-request ID.
Adjacent context, full-page OCR, ink images, screenshots, titles, folders, imported filenames, Apple ID, contacts, precise location, review history, and stable device identifiers are not sent.
The sole purpose is to generate the requested English-learning feedback.
The InkCoach myvmjp gateway is in Tokyo, Japan. Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Qwen APIs perform model inference in Beijing, China. The confirmed minimum request is forwarded to Alibaba Cloud; the published business route selects the model.

Selected text may itself contain names, schools, or other personal data. Remove it before sending. The app and server block common phone, email, bank-card, ID-number, and detailed-address patterns, but do not claim that text has been fully anonymized.

Retention, logs, and training

Requests and responses may enter a single-process in-memory idempotency cache for a target of 60 seconds and never more than five minutes. Entries expire automatically and cannot survive a process restart.
Anonymous cloud sessions use random opaque tokens, last no more than 24 hours, and can be revoked in Settings.
InkCoach does not write selected text or full responses to its business logs, SQLite, files, queues, backups, or AIOps.
Caddy and FastAPI access logs are disabled for this service. Cloud infrastructure providers may process connection metadata for security or legal duties, but InkCoach does not place request content in application logs.
InkCoach does not use content for training, fine-tuning, evaluation datasets, advertising, or human review. Tests and debugging use synthetic text only. Alibaba Cloud receives necessary requests and processes them under its API service rules. The cache and log periods in this section describe InkCoach services, not provider-side retention commitments.
In V1, product analytics keeps only closed, content-free aggregate counts on the device and does not upload them to InkCoach. It contains no notes, selected text, responses, filenames, or stable identifiers.

Sharing, sale, and tracking

InkCoach does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, use IDFA, or track users across apps or sites. When Remote AI is selected, the minimum request is sent to the InkCoach gateway, Alibaba Cloud model services described above, and necessary infrastructure.

Remote processing

Remote AI uses HTTPS in transit, anonymous sessions, minimum fields, short in-memory caching, no content logs, and restricted operations access. The first-use confirmation applies to the current notice version; a material notice change requires confirmation again. Tokyo is the gateway location; model inference takes place in Beijing, China. The gateway forwards the necessary request to the disclosed model provider.

Your choices and rights

Every user can choose between on-device AI and Remote AI, disable AI, switch the processing method, revoke the anonymous remote session, erase local data, or export a local recovery package. For access, correction, deletion, or complaints, contact bingoods@163.com.

Children, incidents, and changes

InkCoach does not collect birth dates. Parents or guardians should decide whether a minor may use remote AI under applicable law and family rules, and should remind the minor not to enter personal information in selected text. If content leaks, processing occurs without consent, or another material security incident occurs, remote processing will be disabled and assessed. Material changes to location, model category, processor, retention, or purpose are disclosed before release; a new version is not treated as automatic consent.

InkCoachは、手書き、OCR、英語学習フィードバックを提供するiPadアプリです。公開App Store利用者とTestFlightテスターを含むすべての利用者が、デバイス内AIまたは日本・東京のmyvmjpゲートウェイ経由でAlibaba Cloud Model Studio（中国・北京）を使うリモートAIを選択できます。配布経路、地域、年齢はリモートAIの資格条件ではなく、アプリの配布範囲とリモート処理のルールは別個に扱います。

デバイス内のデータ

ノート、筆跡、画像/PDF、OCR、フィードバック、復習記録、設定は既定でデバイスに保存します。iCloudバックアップを有効にした場合はAppleが処理します。アカウントは不要で、Apple ID、連絡先、正確な位置を読み取りません。

リモートAIのサブスクリプション

ローカルのノートとすべてのローカル機能は永久に無料です。リモートAIのみAppleの自動更新サブスクリプションを利用します。対象の新規登録者は7日間無料で試せ、その後の米国基本価格は月額US$0.99です。他の地域ではAppleが表示する現地価格が適用されます。無料体験や登録にはAppleでの購入確認が必要で、処理方式を選ぶだけでは課金されません。期限切れや解約によってローカルデータを削除・ロックしたり、ローカル機能を制限したりしません。

支払いと無料体験の対象判定はAppleが行います。InkCoachはカード情報、Apple ID、Appleのパスワードを読み取りません。リモートAIの利用権限を確認するため、アプリは商品、取引識別子、環境、購入・有効期限・失効情報を含むApple署名付き取引証明をInkCoachの東京APIに送信します。InkCoachはAppleへ現在の登録状況を問い合わせ、署名付き登録通知を受け取ります。証明や取引番号はディスクやログに記録しません。証明のダイジェストと利用期限だけをメモリに最長60秒保存し、自動削除します。購入情報はモデル提供元へ送らず、広告や追跡にも使用しません。購入の復元、管理、解約はリモートAI登録画面またはAppleの登録設定で行えます。

AI処理

デバイス内AIでは本文をiPad上で処理し、デバイス外へ送りません。端末モデルが利用できない場合も、リモートAIへ自動的に切り替えません。
リモートAIは設定で利用者が選択します。初回の実際のリモート利用前に処理説明を表示して一度だけ確認します。その後は毎回の送信で確認ダイアログを表示せず、選択された設定に従います。利用者はいつでも切り替えまたは無効化できます。
送信：利用者が確認した選択文字、限定操作、説明/学習言語、OCR信頼度区分、現在の説明バージョン、ランダムなリクエストID。
送信しない：前後文脈、ページ全体OCR、筆跡画像、スクリーンショット、タイトル、フォルダ、ファイル名、Apple ID、連絡先、正確な位置、復習履歴、固定デバイス識別子。
目的：今回の英語学習フィードバックのみです。
処理場所/受信者：InkCoachのmyvmjpゲートウェイは日本・東京にあります。モデル推論はAlibaba Cloud Model StudioのQwen API（中国・北京）が行います。確認済みの最小リクエストをAlibaba Cloudへ転送し、公開済みの業務ルートがモデルを選択します。

選択文字自体に個人情報が含まれる場合があります。送信前に削除してください。一般的な電話、メール、カード、身分証明番号、詳細住所は停止しますが、完全な匿名化を保証しません。

保存、ログ、学習利用

リクエストと回答は単一プロセスのメモリ内キャッシュに目標60秒、最長5分だけ入り、自動削除されます。
匿名セッションはランダムな不透明トークンを使い、最長24時間で、設定から失効できます。
InkCoachは本文と回答全文を自社の業務ログ、SQLite、ファイル、キュー、バックアップ、AIOpsに記録しません。
Caddy/FastAPIのアクセスログは本サービスでは無効です。基盤事業者が安全・法的義務で接続メタデータを扱う場合がありますが、InkCoachはアプリログへ本文を書きません。
InkCoachは本文を学習、微調整、評価データ、広告、人による閲覧に利用せず、テストとデバッグには合成テキストだけを使います。Alibaba Cloudは必要なリクエストをAPIサービス規則に従って処理します。本節のキャッシュとログの期間はInkCoach側の説明であり、供給元側の保存期間を保証するものではありません。
V1の分析は本文を含まない集計件数をデバイス内だけに保存し、InkCoachへアップロードしません。ファイル名や固定識別子を含みません。

共有、販売、追跡

個人情報を販売せず、横断的行動広告のために共有せず、IDFAを使わず、アプリやサイトをまたいで追跡しません。リモートAIを選択した場合、最小限のリクエストを上記のInkCoachゲートウェイ、Alibaba Cloudモデルサービス、必要な基盤へ送信します。

リモート処理

リモートAIではHTTPS、匿名セッション、最小項目、短いメモリキャッシュ、本文ログなし、運用権限の限定を使用します。初回確認は現在の説明バージョンに適用され、説明が実質的に変わった場合は再確認が必要です。東京はゲートウェイの所在地で、モデル推論は中国・北京で行います。ゲートウェイは必要なリクエストを開示済みのモデル供給元へ転送します。

選択と権利

すべての利用者はデバイス内AIとリモートAIを選択でき、AIを無効化し、処理方式を切り替え、匿名リモートセッションを失効し、ローカルデータを削除または復元パッケージを出力できます。開示、訂正、削除、苦情はbingoods@163.comへ連絡してください。

未成年者、事故、変更

生年月日は収集しません。保護者は適用法と家庭のルールに従って未成年者のリモートAI利用を判断し、選択文字に個人情報を入力しないよう案内してください。本文漏えい、同意のない処理、その他の重大な安全事故が発生した場合は、リモート処理を停止して評価します。場所、モデル分類、処理者、保存期間、目的の重要変更はリリース前に説明し、新しいバージョンを自動同意とはみなしません。
